I’m an acupuncturist in Blunsdon, Fairford and Faringdon, UK. I qualified in 2010 and since then have treated people with a wide range of problems, but have a particular interest in treating pain and fertility issues.
My practice is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, which can offer a different way of looking at health issues that have not responded well to other kinds of treatment.

My first degree was in Psychology. I was interested in the nature of consciousness, the relationship between mind and body and why people behave as they do. While I think I found more practical answers in the medical and spiritual traditions of East Asia, I still find the literature from behavioural science on habit-formation and motivation informative for helping people make lifestyle changes to benefit their health.
I was inspired to become an acupuncturist while learning Qigong and martial arts in my early 20s. After training with various teachers since 2002 I was given permission to teach Qigong by my current teacher in 2015. This offers exercises, postural work, breathing and meditative techniques that can be really helpful alongside acupuncture treatment.
