I’m an acupuncturist in Blunsdon, Fairford and Faringdon, UK. I mostly help people who are struggling with pain and stress-related problems, though I’ve worked with people for fertility, digestive issues and more.
My practice is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, which can offer a different way of looking at health issues that have not responded well to other kinds of treatment.

I’ve trained in various martial arts and qigong, teaching for the past 8 years or so. Combined with over a decade of acupuncture treatments, specialising in pain and injury, I have expertise in treatment, postural work and exercises for a wide range of painful conditions.
I previously studied Psychology at university and am fascinated by the literature on habit-forming, productivity and motivation. This is really useful when designing tailored lifestyle advice for my patients. I also bring this together with experience of working in the corporate world, to help people design healthy work spaces and working routines.
